Ms. Barce was appointed Controller on July 17, 2024. She concurrently serves as the AVP, Finance of PHINMA Corporation. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Barce holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Ateneo De Naga University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. Prior to her current role as Controller, she was the Finance Manager at PHINMA Energy Corporation. She completed the New Year SEC Updates and Compliance Training conducted by SEC-accredited provider, Center for Global Best Practices, on January 30 and 31, 2025.
