Filipino, has been a Director of the Company since April 11, 2017. He is currently the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation. Mr. Hilado holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Commerce – Finance degrees from De La Salle University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Darden School (University of Virginia). He recently attended the Cybersecurity, Business Continuity Management and Sustainability Training conducted by SEC-accredited training provider, Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) on December 5, 2024.
