Filipino, has been an Independent Director of the Company since August 23, 2021. He is currently an Advisor to the Office of the President of Concrete Masters, Inc., Director and Treasurer of TOEI Animation Phils. Inc., and a Trustee of Ateneo Alumni Association Inc. He is also an Honorary Consul of the Consulate of the Republic of the Maldives in the Philippines. Mr. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo De Manila University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He recently attended the Cybersecurity, Business Continuity Management and Sustainability Training conducted by SEC-accredited training provider, Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) on December 5, 2024.
