Was appointed Controller on December 21,  2020. She is also currently the AVP-Controller of Phinma, Inc.  Ms. Osorio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration , major in Accounting from the University of the East.  She is a Certified Public Accountant.  Prior to her appointment as Controller of the company,   she was the Head of Finance of Holcim East Asia Business Service Centre B.V. She recently attended the Cybersecurity, Business Continuity Management and Sustainability Training conducted by SEC-accredited training provider, Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) on December 5, 2024.
