She was appointed Director on April 8, 2022. She is also currently the Chief Finance Officer of PHINMA Education Holdings, Inc.  Ms. Montinola holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, major in Accounting from University of St. La Salle Bacolod.  She is a Certified Public Accountant. She recently attended the Cybersecurity, Business Continuity Management and Sustainability Training conducted by SEC-accredited training provider, Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) on December 5, 2024.
